Yoga and South Bath Meditation at Loveland Coffee

Relax, unwind, and find your zen! This yoga + sound bath meditation class will take place upstairs in the loft area at the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of Loveland Coffee. The downstairs area of the coffee shop will be open to the public during class. Your choice of beverage is included in the ticket price.

Bring your own yoga mat. Other props that aren't required, but helpful: blanket, pillow/boulster, yoga blocks, socks, and layered clothing. Pre-registration is required. Follow us on Instagram (@goodcompanyyoga) to stay up to date until the event.
