Come to this wonderfully integrated event as two dedicated healers and teachers facilitate a truly integrated experience that utilizes movement and energy flow techniques, intentional guidance and a full array of sacred sound instruments to include crystal singing bowls, 4 sacred gongs, a variety of chimes and much more.

Lindsay will guide you through some gentle yoga poses to bring�awareness into your body and let go of outside stressors. As you settle into your body, we will incorporate breathing exercises to open up the chakras and begin sound healing with Jeremy. Taking time for self-care is vital to your well-being. Cleaning your chakra energy centers brings energetic flow and vitality. Some feelings may come up to address and as we clear them, you will leave feeling lighter and more calm.
