Yoga and Sound Bath in the Plaza

This workshop is a part of the Friends of the Domes adult workshop series. Youth over age 14 may attend with an adult.

The Mitchell Park Wellness Collective invites you to join yoga instructor Mariyam for a gentle yoga flow followed by a sound bath. This is class is available in both English and Spanish.

Sound baths are a deeply immersive method of relaxation and meditation, utilizing various instruments including singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and gongs for a full body and dreamlike listening experience.

All levels are welcome. Dress comfortably for that day's weather. Bring your yoga mat, or one can be borrowed.

Location: Plaza Outside the Mitchell Park Domes

Cost: FOD Members $12; Nonmembers $13. Entrance to the Domes is not included with this program.

The Friends of the Domes envisions a reactivated Mitchell Park will provide neighbors, families and nature lovers with free access to long-term health benefits.

FOD Adult Education Workshops Cancellation and Refund Policy: Registrants may cancel workshop registrations up to one week in advance of the workshop and receive a refund for the price excluding all Eventbrite fees. No other refunds will be given.
