Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Kojun of Sacred Waves Sound Healing for a relaxing and restorative yoga class. The healing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes will accompany our movement and breath, and is designed to gently warm and ground you in body, mind and spirit. This class was added to make up for the class for December 14 that was cancelled.
After the class, stay and enjoy a cup of hot tea and community.
Preregistration is required, as the space is limited and we often have a waitlist. $25.
