This is a workshop aimed at beginners looking to explore Pilates and Yoga in one session also suitable for the regular participant looking to improve their technique with a face to face class which will be open to questions during the session ..It will be around an hour of Pilates and an hour of Yoga with some breathing and Meditation near the end …so really good if you suffer from stress and anxiety we will explore lots of breathing techniques to help..
