An fascinating exploration into how yoga and myofascial release go hand in hand, not only to enhance our balance, release our musculature but also effect the nervous system to lead us deeper into meditation and relaxation.
Come and explore the chains of muscles and how they are linked, and learn to use your yoga tools such as your yoga mat and blocks as well as tennis or myofascial release balls to access areas of tension in your body.
