Join Jennifer Martin for an afternoon to tend to your body, heart and mind, and explore practices to remember your inner resource of healing, safety, and calm. During our time together we will explore mindful movement, gentle breathwork, iRest yoga nidra, and sound healing to invite more balance and healing in our lives.We will provide yoga blocks, bolsters and blankets. Please bring a yoga mat, and anything else that will support you during the meditation. Optional to bring a journal or notepad for reflections after the meditation.
