A transformative yoga and meditation class designed to help you reduce tension and increase focus through gently uplifting yoga postures and sequences followed by sound practice (mantra), breath work and a guided meditation.Beginners welcome.
Friday morning's 9.30-10.30am
45 minutes of posture and sequencing followed by 15 minutes of focused breath work and visualisation using meditative techniques to help transform body and mind.
Meditation is useful for everyday focus and can be very soothing for the nervous system. Switching off from the everyday and taking time to tune into yourself in mindful and creative ways.
