Yoga & Meditation: Balancing Mind & BodyJoin us for a bi-weekly Thursday evening practice where we explore a variety of yoga and meditation styles designed to bring harmony to the body and mind. Each class pairs gentle to medium yoga with a rotating meditation practice, ranging from stillness practices like Vipassana and mindfulness, to moving meditations such as walking, prostrations, and meditative arts.
About Our Donation-Based Classes
These classes are offered by volunteer teachers who give their time, energy, and love to the community. We ask that you honor their generosity by donating what you can when you attend.Your donation helps us support our instructors, sustain the space, and continue offering accessible wellness opportunities to the community.

Bring: Your mat & a bolster if you have one (we have limited loaners).
