Join me and @yogachefamore at the beautiful Yoga Garden Yurt in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Sunday 29th SeptemberA nourishing 4 hour workshop made up of yoga, meditation, nature surrounds and a Yoga Nidra – Starts 10am – 2pm
In the first half of the class we will set our intentions and cultivate our personal power through an invigorating Vinyasa sequence focusing on standing and balancing postures.
In the second half of the class we will move into a slower restorative practice and into a guided meditation bringing us finally to a state of peace and presence before journeying into a Yoga Nidra.
Afterwards, enjoy a 2 course Vegan lunch, a mindful walk, wild swimming and a catch up with other like minded souls/friends.
This is one of Sussex’s best kept secrets, a truly magical place!
Some people even camp over at Knepp as an added extra! Immerse yourself in nature.
