Join us for a rejuvenating one-hour all-levels yoga class focused on stimulating and supporting the vagus nerve, an essential part of your nervous system that helps regulate stress and promote relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class offers accessible movement, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques to help you tap into your body’s natural calming response. Please bring your own mat. You can sign up in advance on Eventbrite or simply drop in and join us in person.
