This retreat combines the physical practice of yoga with the artistic expression of movement. No prior experience needed for the activities. We offer a space to connect with oneself, explore your creative potential through the movement and foster a sense of well-being open to all levels and preferences. Learn to express freely and spontaneously. Every class is optional, and you can participate to whatever degree you want - just a space to be yourself and have fun.
