Whether you are a creative writer whose work might benefit from new streams of inspiration or a yogi who is curious about their creative potential (or both!), we hope you’ll join us for this wonderful afternoon of yogic breathwork, range of awareness movement, and approaches to poetic expression.
MEET THE TEACHERS:
Ginny (Virginia) Baily is the award-winning author of three novels, most recently The Fourth Shore, and is currently completing her fourth, set in Exeter. She is also a literary mentor and editor. She has been practising yoga for over twenty years and is keen to explore the connections between yoga and creative writing. www.virginiabaily.com
Jules Yount is a yoga teacher at the Devon School of Yoga and the Lotus Loft yoga studio in Exeter. She is also a qualified Acroyoga teacher with both Acroyoga International as well as VanCity Acro.
