Welcome to Yoga and Connection, a place where we blend the magic of yoga with the power of connection for an amazing experience!
In our 1-hour and 30-minute class, we invite all the wonderful people, especially our sisters, to join us on a special journey.?
We're here to help you connect with your body, feel the good energy, and make friends along the way. Immerse yourself in the serenity of the park as you make new friends and take part in a unique class?
Our goal is simple: find a balance in your body and energy, and make peace within yourself. We want to make sure you leave our class feeling relaxed, connected to your body, and surrounded by good vibes from like-minded people.?♀️
Itinerary:

✨ Diving into Chakras , it's like tapping into different energy centers within yourself.
✨ Sun salutations
✨Women’s circle
✨Optional coffee and lunch (not included) at our favourite cafe, Cook and Archie's, with your new friends
The details:
How much? $15 + Eventbrite Booking Fee
Where? Prince Alfred Park, by the rainbow track
When? Saturday 20th April
What time? Arrive at 8:45 am. At 9:00 am, we will start the class with an introduction to get everyone mingling. The event ends approximately at 10:30 am.
What to bring? Your yoga mat (or a towel), water. If cold please bring a jumper, if warm please bring a hat and sunscreen.
Who can come? This social is open to any girls who are, or want to be, a part of the Sydney Working Holiday Girls community. This event if for all levels, you dont need previous yoga experience to attend.
Will there be a group chat? Yes, a group chat will be made 48 hours prior to the event.
How many girls will be attending? We are capping the number at 12 girls for this event. This means it won’t feel too busy or big, and you’ll get a chance to get to know everyone!

Hello beautiful souls! I am excited and looking forward to seeing you in the next Yoga & Connection class.
My name is Marcy. My yoga journey started when I was 5, as my father returned from his travels and began teaching me yoga wisdom and postures. Since then, I have continued learning and practicing.
Originally from Ukraine, I moved to Australia 6 years ago. I completed 2 yoga certifications in Sydney. My knowledge expanded with additional certificates in Yin yoga, Chakra yoga, Mantras and Sanskrit, pregnancy yoga, etc. I am also a certified Reiki practitioner and massage therapist, making wellness my life ???
I consider myself a gentle yoga teacher, I focus on body, energy, and mind connection during the practice. My main goal is to help students relax, connect to their energy, and feel good in their own skin. I love engaging with pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (physical postures), and meditation during class. I also work with chakra centers to help students balance the energy in their bodies. My classes provide a safe space for everyone.

• No refunds, however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else, or request to have your ticket transferred to a preferred date.
• In the event of rain, your ticket will be transferred to the next available date, or, the cost of the ticket can be used towards another available Sydney Working Holiday Girls event.
• Photos will be taken at this event to use on our social media. Please make us aware in the if you would not like to be in the photos.
