Start your Saturday morning right!
Amanda Ware, owner of Soul Yoga, will lead a class in the light-filled space at The Lobby.
Soul Flow is a fun and dynamic class where the movements are connected to each other in a flowing manner, linking movement with the breath and the mind. All experience levels are welcome, from beginner to advanced yogi.
Your ticket includes barista made coffee (or alternative) and a light snack.
Wear comfy clothing that you can easily move in. Wear shoes you can easily slip out of, because bare foot is best for the class. Bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise some mats will be available to borrow as well.
Pre-sale tickets are available until 3pm the day before. Some walk-in spots will most likely be available, but not guaranteed.
