About this Event

Sasha is an international 500hr yoga instructor and is excited to start teaching in this beautiful outdoor space surrounded by art of all styles. Every flow will be different and include a blend of vinyasa, Hatha, mobility, functional movement, alignment assistance, breathwork, functional movement, meditation, and more. Classes are donation based, give what you can. Please bring your own mat, towel, water, and yoga props. Art Outfitters also has a coffee shop with yummy bites you can enjoy!
