A 45 minutes nourishing and joyful journey.
Marjorie will lead a 25 minutes yoga class (Hatha and Katonah yoga inspired) meant to release tensions, restore your body and nourish your soul. Expect pranayama (breathing techniques) and asanas (postures), while Apollo Noir will be playing live his own ambient music during the whole experience. The second part of the journey is a 20 minutes uplifting & meditative music soundbath.
