Yoga and a Hike (New Haven)

Come reconnect and recharge with Yoga In Our City's Yoga and a Hike event, hosted by Lana, Yoga In Our City's New Haven Captain.

Join us for an all levels yoga class and a hike just outside New Haven at West Rock Ridge State Park. We’ll park and meet at the West Rock South Overlook, center with a breath meditation then set out on a 1.4 mile round-trip hike out to Judges Cave for a beautiful view of New Haven and a 30-minute relaxing yoga class. A gentle walk back to the lot concludes with a short meditation and optional community circle. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, meet new friends, and take care of your mind and body. Don't miss out on this fun and relaxing experience this Fall!

This event has a rain date of November 1st. In the event of inclement weather, participants will be notified the day prior.

• Blanket or mat for yoga practice
• Water bottle
• Backpack to carry the above
• Wear clothes you are comfortable biking and doing yoga in
