We will be meeting inside, mask optional. Bring your own mat and blocks. You will get your body moving, breath flowing and reap the benefits of an increase in energy and calmness of mind.
After our practice, enjoy a beer or seltzer with the company of like minded people. Andy, our wonderful bartender , will have something special prepared for a light lunch. A great way to spend and afternoon!
