Join the Yoga Zen yoga teacher training group to learn about anatomy and physiology in yoga with Matt Jarrells, a medical professional who will share his insights as a physical therapy assistant and yoga teacher with the group.There are ONLY 6 SPOTS available and participants can receive up to 9 contact hour CEUs through Yoga Alliance if you sign up for the whole course. Each session is 1.5 - 2 contact hours and you can sign up for them individually, too.
