YTTC Trainees will go deeper into yoga history philosophy mudras. Learn how to teach Vinyasa Ashtanga and Yin yoga. Learn how to facilitate sound healing and cacao ceremonies learn how to facilitate Usui Reiki healing sessions learn Ayurveda massage therapies Ayurveda Doshas Yogic Lifestyle and learn advanced Pranayama. Enjoy breathwork journeys and sound healing journeys in this program.
