Join Julie, from Soul Strong Yoga in Round Rock for our Yoga For Teens event. We'll unwind and discover the power of mindfulness, yoga and stress-reducing breathing techniques. Through a chill and fun practice, we'll learn to embrace our zen and build skills to tackle stress in our lives.Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but it's not required.
This is beginner friendly, and all levels are welcome.
Join us in the second-floor Youth Program Space. Preregistration is not required. Space is limited to 25, and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Entry is not guaranteed.
