Join us for a new spin on a Titletown favorite. Each session of this series will include Yoga PLUS an additional experience that is sure to bring additional enjoyment!This program is for adults/teens 16+. Registration is required for each individual session. Space is limited due to room size. Cost per session is $10 per person. There is no waitlist for paid programs and there are no refunds. Please bring a yoga mat.
Monday, Feb. 23
Yoga + Gratitude – This class will include a 45-minute flow with an additional 15 minutes focusing on gratitude through journaling. Gratitude journals will be provided.

Yoga + Astrology – This class will include a 30-minute flow and 30-minute astrology discussion including planets and how they influence our lives.

Yoga + Sound Bath – This class will include a 30-minute flow followed by a 30-minute live sound bath. This full mind-body experience promotes relaxation, energy alignment and intentional release.
