Looking for a way to unwind and connect to your body? Join Apral, a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, for a gentle, supportive yoga class that will leave you feeling renewed. Yoga is a judgment-free practice where all levels and bodies are welcome. So, whether you're a beginner or advanced yogi, this practice is for you! This program is available to participants ages 16+ and will have a maximum of 25 participants.
