7.30am – 8.30am YOGA
Gentle Hatha yoga – Breathwork – Stretching
All levels welcome - $15.00
9.00am – 10.00am CHAIR YOGA
Gentle yoga – Breathwork – Stretching
Great for people that find it hard getting up and
down. We use the chair for balance and seated poses - $15.00
I am a qualified Yoga teacher – 500hrs Yoga Aust. Accredited,
Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner and I have a Stretch Accreditation.
