As most of you know my daytime job is a Yoga Teacher 😇 🪽🪽Did you know that my night time job is a Salsa events organiser and Salsa dancer 💃🏿🕺🏿👯
Having practised Yoga now for 30 years (yes a long time), and also Pilates for 25 years, something I enjoy immensely after qualifying in 2021 at @beayogahero Leeds.
This year is pretty special to me as I started organising Salsa events 10 years ago ❤️

So to celebrate I have a HUGE celebration this OCTOBER at CRIGG club (where I hold my salsa events monthly!)
The day is for @salsaunity and @yorkshiresalsacongress and my Salsa name @karensalsamcquire along with me @yoga_wakefield
I know the importance of stretching before I hit the Dancefloor and on the 25th October at Crigglestone club I have my HUGE 10th year SalsaUnity events celebration party!
It’s an ALL DAY Event for experienced salsa dancers, but I’m able to offer a Yoga class to my yogis who want to just come for the Yoga aspect of the day.
It’ll be a dancers based Yoga class, isolations, movement and Yoga/asanas stretches.
I’ll provide everything, mats, blocks, blankets, Also including tea or coffee afterwards.
Limited places available for Yogis that want to come along and at just £10 for this special workshop it’s a steal.!
