Join Caroline in this friendly and relaxed beginners workshop yoga will be broken down into manageable bite sized pieces and taught to you in a very accessible way using yoga props to assist you along the way.
We will explore basic:
* poses (lying down, seated and standing)
* breathing techniques
* yoga philosophy (just to give you some background understanding)
And finish with a deeply restorative relaxation.
You will leave with a better understanding of:
* what is yoga
* benefits of yoga
* different styles of yoga
* which classes you might want to try
Everybody is welcome and no level of flexibility, strength or fitness is required. However this is a mat based class so please ensure you are happy to get up and down off the floor.
All equipment will be provided so just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in. Yoga is usually practiced bare foot but socks with grips on the bottom can be worn if you prefer.
Please ensure you have not had a large meal within 2 hours of the session so you can move in comfort.
Cost: The workshop is £25 per person.

Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice is required for a full refund.
All workshops require a minimum number to run. If this number is not reached the workshop will be cancelled. If cancellation is required, at least 3 days notice will be given.
