This 5-week series blends rich philosophy with practical movement to create a well-rounded introduction to yoga—on and off the mat.Each 90-minute session includes:

45–60 minutes of pose breakdowns with variations and props

Week 2: Pranayama & Breath Awareness | Sun Salutation, Tall Mountain, Side Bend, Half Lift, Forward Fold
Week 3: Yamas (Ethical Guidelines) | Warrior I & II, Crescent, Runner’s Lunge
Week 4: Niyamas (Inner Disciplines) | Dancer, Warrior III, Half Moon, Spinal Extension, Side Plank/Gate
