Join us for a Forest Bathing walk at the Onalaska YMCA. Participants can expect a gentle, accessible, guided walk where we will use our senses to connect with the world around us. This walk will last approximately two hours and is open to both members and non-members.

Registration fee is $5/participant
This walk is open to ages 18+
We will walk rain or shine so please be sure to dress for the weather. Participants do not need to bring anything but may wish to bring a journal/pen, blanket, or water bottle.
