Join YIPs AKL for our next educational session featuring industry expert Michael Robertson from Robertson Law. Michael is one of New Zealand’s top insurance lawyers, representing a broad range of clients, including insurers, brokers, and managing general agencies.
Specialising in professional indemnity, general liability, and directors and officers insurance, Michael has notable expertise in claims involving barristers, solicitors, accountants, engineers, and real estate agents. He also defends regulatory claims from the Commerce Commission and Financial Markets Authority, and has extensive experience drafting and advising on complex and bespoke insurance policies.
You'll have the opportunity to ask questions during our Q&A session at the end.
