This heartwarming Valentine’s Day celebration at Crown Yoga invites you to experience an evening of self-care either solo or with a friend/partner!
The evening begins with a guided meditation and warming breathwork practice. A yin yoga practice designed to open your heart and provide deep relaxation accompanied by soft music to enhance the experience. We will focus on connection relaxation and self-love. The studio will be aglow with candlelight creating a peaceful ambiance that nurtures your spirit. Throughout the session the energy of quartz crystals will support healing and harmony.
To close the evening indulge in a blissful chocolate truffle Savasana with under-eye gel patches followed by a closing circle with tea wine treats and conversation. It’s the perfect opportunity to ‘treat’ yourself and share joyful moments with like-minded friends in a warm retreat-like space.
