Yin Yoga with Linda

Yin Yoga is a form of yoga in which generally seated poses are held for extended periods of time and in ways that primarily focus on stretching our fascia. The practice is inherently individualistic and adaptable for all body types. Yin yoga is a practice that can be deeply calming and grounding.

Linda is a certified yoga teacher. A co-op member /owner since 2016, she is a Boston area transplant and lives in Feura Bush with her husband, cats, chickens and goats.
