Yin Yoga with Divine Connection Energy Healingwith Jael Polnac and Aspen Brookite
Join Jael and Aspen for a truly transformative two-hour energy workshop. Jael will guide students through a Yin and Restorative Yoga sequence designed to balance and calm the subtle body while Aspen provides Spiritual Clearing and Sound Healing music throughout the practice. In addition to Yin and Restorative poses that will leave you with a sense of physical release and mental calm, the workshop will focus on mindfulness of the breath as we create space for deep energetic healing and clearing, mindful presence, and gentle realignment of the whole being. Students will leave this powerful practice with a profound sense of clarity and inner well-being.

Jael Polnac is an E-RYT with certifications in Insight Yin Yoga from Sarah Powers, Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Josh Summers, and Accessible Yoga from Jivana Heyman. She offers classes, workshops, and trainings that are deeply calming on a physical, energetic, and emotional level. She strives to create spaces that are safe, supportive, and peaceful for each of her students.
Aspen Brookite is a seasoned energy healer, spiritual coach, yoga teacher, and shamanic breathwork practitioner with nearly two decades of experience across energy healing, Intuitive Guidance, Sound Healing, Angelic and shamanic modalities, Divine Connection trainings, Yin Yoga, and Reiki III, among many other disciplines. Her work centers on holding clear, compassionate, and grounded space where students can deepen their connection to their inner wisdom and authentic True Self, while experiencing healing in a self-empowered and supportive way.
