Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding deep stretches for extended periods typically between 3 to 5 minutes. It targets the deep connective tissues of the body such as the fascia ligaments and joints rather than focusing on the muscles as in more dynamic styles of yoga like Vinyasa or Ashtanga.

Key Characteristics of Yin Yoga:
