Are you looking to relax and unwind after a long week and alleviate all your worries and stress? Come join us for a rejuvenating Yin Yoga session with our wonderful instructor, Ally.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time, allowing you to stretch and target both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body. It's the perfect way to release tension and improve flexibility.
No experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome. Just bring your yoga mat and an open mind. Come and treat yourself to some self-care and relaxation. We can't wait to see you there!
