Yin Yoga is a supportive way to cultivate a sense of balance and calm, and to connect with your body through slow, intentional movement.

Yin Yoga also can complement an active yoga and exercise routine, as it focuses on connective tissue and may support muscle recovery.
Class concludes with a soothing live music savasana to help you sink into deeper relaxation.

This class is accessible to practitioners of all levels including newcomers to yoga. Please refrain from wearing perfume or other scented products. Masks optional.
