Yoga to Process & Release Emotions
November 9th at 11am
Join us for this eclectic class to regulate emotions with a mind, body, spirit approach - where we learn to feel into healing. If our emotions aren't felt, experienced, and released, they stay stuck in our bodies. In this unique hybrid class learn how to sit with, process & release emotions through a combo of Yin Yoga, meditation, breathing, grounding and other tools. Never be scared of your emotions again!

Open to the publicAll Free Spirit events are held outdoors so please dress accordingly. Bring a yoga mat and water. It's also recommended that you bring a towel or a blanket to put underneath your yoga mat for extra comfort.
