The Om Sunshine Yoga 30 Hour Teacher Training program will cover a basic knowledge of Yin Yoga poses, use of props, connective tissue, our bone structure, central nervous system, and how Yin Yoga affects those. Then we will cover more in-depth knowledge of the Yin Yoga poses with target area, alternative poses, large muscle groups, sequencing and theming a class, and meditation practices for Yin Yoga.There will be 24 hours of hands-on training in the studio and 6 hours of reading and online training to prepare for the weekend. Once your payment has been processed you will receive a link to the videos and the books. Please be prepared when you arrive for the first day of training.

Michele has been practicing yoga for 16 years and has been teaching Yin and Vinyasa Flow Yoga for 11 years. She is a Yoga Alliance ERYT-500 and YACEP with over 700 hours of training and 4500 hours of teaching.
