Become Certified to Teach Yin Yoga
10 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training
(must be 200 hour certified yoga teacher to take this training)
November 23 and 24, 2024
12:30 – 5:30 pm (both days)
Gain confidence as a teacher and expertise as a practitioner in this Yin Yoga certification program.
- Discover how yin yoga was founded and shaped into the functional practice it is today.
- Deepen your understanding of the true essence, practices, and philosophy of yin and how it differs from and compliments yang.
- Learn 30+ Yin Yoga Poses
- Learn modifications for individual body types
- Gain a deeper understanding of anatomy, fascia, target areas, functional vs. aesthetic, meridians, chi
- Discover how to design transformative and balancing yin yoga class sequences.
- Students who complete our 10 HR Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be able to use this certification as a continuing education CEU course.
Pricing: $350 for both days... (no refunds only partial credit towards othe trainig)
This is training is two days Saturday Nov 24th and Sunday Nov 25th
About Us
Yoga NoHo Center is a Registered Yoga School (RYS®) with Yoga Alliance and continuing education YACEP provider. We have been conducting 200 hour and continuing education for 20 years. We offer small class sizes for individual attention, expert teachers, lecturers, & healers in a supportive, loving community.
Elisa Barretta is an E-RYT500 certified teacher, certified Yin Yoga teacher, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) Instructor. She also holds certificates in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Remedy, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, and is a Reiki Master. Elisa believes that the balance between an active yoga practice and yin yoga is key to fostering physical, mental and emotional strength and balance.
