-Gain a deeper understanding of anatomy, fascia, target areas, functional vs. aesthetic, meridians, chi
-Discover how to design transformative and balancing yin yoga class sequences.
-Students who complete our 10 HR Yin Yoga Teacher Training will be able to use this certification as a continuing education CEU course.

About Us
Yoga NoHo Center is a Registered Yoga School (RYS®) with Yoga Alliance and continuing education YACEP provider. We have been conducting 200 hour and continuing education for 20 years. We offer small class sizes for individual attention, expert teachers, lecturers, & healers in a supportive, loving community.
Elisa Barretta is an E-RYT500 certified teacher, certified Yin Yoga teacher, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) Instructor. She also holds certificates in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Remedy, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, and is a Reiki Master. Elisa believes that the balance between an active yoga practice and yin yoga is key to fostering physical, mental and emotional strength and balance.
