We will dive deep into the world of Meridian Lines, Fascial Trains, Meditation and Energetics and learn how to apply this wisdom in a poetic yet effective way, to enhance your teachings and practice of Yin Yoga.This training will give you the not only the qualifications, but most importantly the wisdom and confidence to teach Yin Yoga classes that are effective and meaningful.
