History & Philosophy
Yin Anatomy: Bones, Fascia & Nervous System
Subtle Anatomy of Yin: Qi/Chi, Meridian Theory, Prana & Nadis
The Yin Postures & Archetypes
Sequencing & Modifications
Concentration, Meditation & Mindfulness
Integration & Practice Teaching
PRE-REQUISITES:
• 200-hour RYT or currently attending
• 6 Yin Classes from a variety of teachers, if possible.
A $150 DEPOSIT is required to hold your spot, remainder is due one week prior to training.
