Special By-Donation session
Take a moment to pause, breathe and gently turn inward as movement and sound come together to amplify healing. The long, meditative holds of Yin create space within the body, while sound gently harmonizes the nervous system, releasing tension and inviting balance.
We’ll begin with a gentle, 35 minute, all-levels yin yoga practice designed to ease you into stillness and prepare your body for deep rest. An extended shavasana will flow into a nurturing sound bath, where soothing vibrational frequencies invite profound presence and relaxation.
The yin practice is designed to be prop free but some bolsters will be available if needed. No yoga experience required.

What to Bring:
You will be lying down for the Sound Bath Meditation portion of the event so please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or anything else you need to be comfortable.
Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the doors will close promptly at 7:00 PM to preserve the tranquil atmosphere.
