Join Jamie for an intentionally slow and contemplative Yin yoga practice that combines principles of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) with yoga asana and meditation/mindfulness. Jamie will guide you through a series of mostly seated, passive postures that rely on stillness and gravity to stretch connective tissue using props and any necessary accommodations. As Yin yoga can be a cooling practice, you may get chilly if you run cool - dress and prepare appropriately for your comfort. Mats, props, and blankets are available for use. $12 per class
