YIN YOGA WORKSHOP to REST, RE-SET & RELEASEReset your body, mind, and soul through the release of stress. Nurture your nervous system by allowing yourself to slow down and reset this spring, unknotting the fascia (tissue) and gaining a deeper self-awareness and approach to forming healthy habits to combat your stress holistically.
In this workshop, you will learn:
-Learn two Yin Sequences that support stress releasing and can be repeated at home to help your body unwind, mind relax
- Myofascial releasing techniques that help you to release stuck stagnant energy and muscular tension.
- Learn x3 repeatable meditation techniques that draw Yoga Nidra and Deepak Chopra's and Ram Das's teachings, and about releasing emotions and letting go using energy work
There are two parts to the Workshop:
Part 1 on the 13th Oct, Part 2 on the 20th Oct.
In part 1, I will introduce the techniques of myofascial release and teach one of the Yin Yoga sequences
In Part 2: The third meditation and Yin yoga Sequence will be taught. The second week will build on the first week.
All who attend the workshop will receive a digital Yin Yoga Part 1 & 2 Yoga Sequence resource and playlist that they can access and use in the future. This is supported by a recorded meditation.

PRICING:
Workshop Pricing: covers both dates (Mon 13th & 20th Oct)- parts one and two, and has two options for payment.
Full workshop price is $70.
