About this Event
As we move into the intensity of the holidays, the body often slips into quiet tension... shallow breath, tight muscles, a mind that won’t settle.
This class is designed to gently shift you out of fight-or-flight mode and into a place of calm, steadiness, and peace.
We’ll breathe with intention, soften the areas that are holding too much tension, and create space for your system to settle.
In this class, we’ll focus on:
- Releasing deep tension from the hips and low back
- Twisting and gently decompressing the spine
- Breathing into areas of tightness to create space and softness
- Lengthening exhalations to calm the nervous system
- Grounding the body with longer holds and supportive props
- Cultivating rest so you move into the holidays with steadiness
