Come experience a relaxing evening and deep inner journey in this Yin + Yoga Nidra workshop guided by Jessica Bowman.Enjoy some juicy yin poses followed by a beautiful, guided meditation. Yin will prepare your body for relaxation and Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is intended to induce a deep meditative state of consciousness. From this deep meditative state, the body, somatic (energetic) system, and mind can relax, rejuvenate, and ultimately heal.
We will practice guided imagery and body scanning to aid in deep relaxation and slow brain waves. All you have to do is get cozy and let the tensions melt away.
