Tuesday, February 28, 2023, starting at 6 PM you will be guided through guided relaxation and meditation accompanied by the grounding sounds of crystal bowls. The evening will end with a full sound bath incorporating many different instruments that will allow you to align and reconnect to your soul with the help of mantra and focused meditation and the connection of alpha wave frequencies.
Stacey's incredible infused water will be available with the option of adding Miink CBD oil & flower essence to encourage emotional support. Healthy snacks are included also.
