About this Event
Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. Yin is focused around deep, intentional stretches and longer (two-to-five minute) holds. A perfect choice for those looking to slow down and engage in a more meditative practice, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
Our salt Cave is an intimate space where only 10 student can fit, we encourgae you to book your class in advance.
The salt cave is a chilled tempered room, dress warm. We will have blanquets and blocks for you.
About your teacher
Paola Cruz is a 700HR E-RYT Yoga and Meditation Guide. She completed her main trainings in India under Traditional Yoga Masters.
Her own Yoga journey began over 15 years ago, as she awakened to a deep sense of spirituality after realizing that a career in jewelry was not fulfilling to her.
She lives her life according to Yogic principles, has a daily sadhana, and is often studying in ashrams, monasteries, and Yoga philosophy schools to deepen her knowledge.
She now dedicates her life to helping students cultivate a life of Love, Gratitude, Peace, and Abundance through the teachings of Yoga, The Energy Body, Meditation, and Mindfulness Worldwide.
