Spend your Saturday recharging from a long week and getting to know new people. We have a very relaxing afternoon planned starting with a restorative flow yoga sequence, and once we're all zen-ed out we'll begin a deep meditaive breathwork practice, ending with a peaceful Sound Bath. Healthy Refreshment to follow.
Marta will be guding the Breathwork and Soundbath.
She is a dedicated health coach and trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator from Poland, passionate about guiding others on their journey to wellness. With a focus on spiritual growth and a healthy lifestyle, Marta specializes in using Breathwork as a powerful tool for stress and anxiety relief. Join us for a session that promises not just transformation, but a profound sense of release and calm.
Alana will be your Yoga Instructor.
She has taught and practiced Yoga all over the world including DC, Los Angeles, New York City, Peru and India. Alana is a 200 Hour RYT and got her Certification at Yoga Vida in NYC in 2019. She likes to balance Yin with Yang in her practice, so you can expect to both flow and relax. In her class, the tempo is set by an upbeat and relaxing playlist, and you’ll be encouraged to focus on breath and stay centered in each movement.
